Low Income Tax Clinics (LITC)
Low Income Tax Clinics (LITC) provided by Legal Aid Hawaii. Offers free tax services to low-income and English as a second language (ESL) persons. LITCs can also help taxpayers respond to IRS notices, correct account problems, and assist in audits, appeals and collection disputes.
