Sen. Schatz Questions FCC Chairman Ajit Pai on False DDoS Attack Claim

U.S. Senator Brian Schatz (D-Hawaii) questions FCC Chairman Ajit Pai on results of an investigation that showed the FCC misled Congress when it declared that the comment system on the FCC website was attacked following a report about net neutrality on HBO's Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. The FCC's Inspector General found that the system crashed due to the overwhelming number of people submitting comments in support of net neutrality, and was not a result of a cyberattack.
